3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Premium Subscription

Autograph Identifier offers premium features through subscription plans:

• Weekly Plan: $9.99/week
• Annual Plan: $49.99/year

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

3.3 Cancellation

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Autograph Identifier only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or copyrighted content
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to authenticate signatures for illegal or fraudulent purposes

Autograph Identifier and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Asil Arslan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

6. Authentication Results and Limitations

While we strive for accuracy, Autograph Identifier's AI authentication results are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of authentication results
• Complete verification of all signature types and qualities
• Suitability for legal or commercial authentication purposes
• Compliance with professional authentication standards

Users should always seek professional authentication services for high-value items or legal purposes.

7. Photo and Content Usage

When you upload photos to Autograph Identifier:

• You retain ownership of your original photos
• You grant us a license to process your photos for AI authentication
• We do not store or share your photos with third parties
• Processing occurs locally on your device when possible

8. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Asil Arslan from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your use of Autograph Identifier.

Autograph Identifier provides AI-generated results that may not account for all factors such as:

• Professional authentication standards and variations
• Legal requirements for signature verification
• Changes in AI processing methods
• Regional authentication standards
• Specific collector or industry guidelines

Users are responsible for ensuring their authentication needs meet their specific requirements and industry standards.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Autograph Identifier at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

16. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Autograph Identifier from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Asil Arslan only, not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
